This company is one of the largest exporters of processed granite in India, with an annual production capacity of 1 million square meters. It operates a 100% export-oriented unit in Hosur and an SEZ unit in Jaipur.
We completed the factory building and outer development work in just eight months during 2018-2019. The total construction cost was ₹15.5 crore, spread across an area of approximately 27,000 SQM, with a plinth area of 8500 SQM.

With a 100% export-oriented unit, the company operates in key locations including Hosur and an SEZ unit in Jaipur. Our firm was tasked with the factory building and outer development work for the Jaipur unit, and we successfully completed the entire project in a very short span of eight months, demonstrating our capability for rapid and efficient execution.
The project involved a comprehensive range of construction activities to deliver a state-of-the-art facility. The scope of work included foundational elements like boundary walls, foundation and column footings, and gantry girder work. We also handled specialized tasks such as laser and VDF flooring, along with the construction of cement concrete and bitumen roads. The entire development, which cost ₹15.5 crore, spanned approximately 27,000 SQM, with the factory’s plinth area covering 8500 SQM. Our work also encompassed critical infrastructure like water harvesting, drainage systems, and box culverts, ensuring a complete and functional industrial complex.
